NSW analyses the structural challenges in the Executive such as the conflict of interest between the Parliament and the Executive and within the Executive and related issues. Under this section, analysis of the issues of accountability, transparency and effectiveness remains the fulcrum. A bottom up perception of the policies provides a view from the other end of the spectrum i.e. at the very end of the delivery chain. To what extent the existing and emerging patterns in public policy in the country have been able to address the issues of inclusive growth and equity? Are these policies specifically directed towards the millions who are still in the periphery? How inclusive is our public policy in its design and implementation?
