Social watch process would be the key agenda setter for the government. It will redefine the politics of knowledge, and usher in a new dynamics in the process and quality of governance. It will reclaim the process of governance to the people at various levels -national, state, and panchayat.

In addition of Social Watch Perspective we are now planning to come out with perspective paper on “Evaluating Committees and Committee System: Changing Contours of Governance & Policy”. Social Watch India would be holding a seminar/policy dialogue on the same theme involving the legislators, Media, academia and civil society on 6 October 2009 at Conference Hall No.1, India Islamic Cultural Centre, Lodhi Road, New Delhi.
