National Social Watch Coalition, Wada Na Todo Abhiyan, Kabir and UNMC is organizing a policy discourse by bringing together the representatives of civil society organizations, peoples movement, government officials, RTI activists, media and academia on a single platform to discuss and debate on potential of RTI as an effective tool for ensuring the proper implementation and delivery of public services. Within the larger framework of governance accountability the policy discourse would also explore the potential of RTI as a tool to hold government accountable for the commitments made under MDG’s, National Development Goals and other national and international commitments.
